Privacy Policy

Overview

Neonix turns HTML and CSS into motion video. You write or import an HTML document, preview it, and export it to MP4, either in the dashboard or through an AI client connected to our MCP server. This policy explains what information we process when you use Neonix, the hosted API, or the MCP server, and why.

Information we process

• Account information — your email address, name, profile picture, and sign-in details, including information received from Google if you sign in with Google.
• Projects — project titles and the HTML documents you create, import, or edit, including anything an AI client saves to your projects on your behalf.
• Files — images, video, audio, and fonts you upload, with the metadata needed to process and serve them.
• Billing — your plan, balance, and transaction history. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by Neonix.
• Technical and security data — API requests, error logs, IP address, browser information, session cookies, and usage and export records used to run the service and prevent abuse.

How we use information

• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To store your projects and files, and to render previews and exports you request.
• To process payments and enforce plan limits.
• To provide support, investigate abuse, and fix problems.
• To maintain and improve the reliability of the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content of your projects to train AI models.

AI clients and MCP

If you connect an AI client (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor) to Neonix, you authorize it through OAuth to read and change your projects and files. That client has its own privacy policy and handles the data it receives under its own terms. You can revoke access at any time from your account or from the connected application.

Service providers

We rely on third-party providers to operate Neonix, including providers for the database, file storage, hosting and content delivery, sign-in, and payments. They process information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Neonix and its users.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for sign-in sessions and to remember your language preference. We do not use advertising cookies.

Retention and deletion

We keep account, project, and file data while your account is active. When you delete a project, it is removed from your workspace and can be restored for a limited period before it is permanently deleted. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data; some records may be kept for a limited time in backups or where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal reasons.

Your choices and rights

You can access and edit your projects and profile in the dashboard, delete projects and files, and revoke connected AI clients. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Children

Neonix is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International use

Neonix and its providers may process and store information in countries other than your own. By using the service you understand your information may be transferred to those countries.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, give additional notice in the product or by email.
