Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using Neonix, its hosted API, or its MCP server, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough in your country to enter into a binding agreement.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials, API keys, and connected AI clients secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content

You keep ownership of the HTML, CSS, text, images, video, audio, fonts, and other content you provide (“Your Content”), and of the videos you export. You give Neonix a limited license to host, process, render, and transmit Your Content only as needed to provide the service to you. You are responsible for Your Content and must have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload, import, or have an AI client add to your projects.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
• upload or create content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or sexually exploits minors;
• upload malware or HTML designed to attack the service, other users, or third parties, or use rendering to access internal systems or other users’ data;
• bypass authentication, rate limits, plan limits, or quotas, or interfere with or overload the service;
• access another user’s projects or assets without permission, or resell the service without our written agreement.

Previews and exports

Previews and exports are produced by rendering your HTML in a browser engine. Results depend on your HTML and CSS, external resources, and available infrastructure, and may differ between preview and export or between runs. Review output before publishing or relying on it. Features that are described as planned or not yet available, such as some export capabilities, may not work or may change.

Plans, credits, and payments

Some features require a paid plan or credits. Prices, limits, and what is included are shown in the product at the time you buy. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Unless the law requires otherwise or we say so at purchase, payments and used credits are non-refundable.

Third-party services and AI clients

Neonix can connect to services and AI clients you choose. They are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for what they do or for content they generate or change in your projects.

Availability and changes

We may change, limit, or discontinue features, and we may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties. We work to keep Neonix available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Termination

You can stop using Neonix and delete your account at any time. After termination, your right to use the service ends, and we may delete Your Content subject to our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, will survive.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Neonix is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, and Neonix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Neonix in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, give additional notice. Continuing to use Neonix after changes take effect means you accept them.
